Description
There are two types of silicone rubber fiberglass sleeves available from Volsun Electronics, i.e.
Type A Inner fiberglass outside braided silicone rubber——coating the outer surface of the tightly and regularly braided fiberglass sleeves all over with specially formulated silicone rubber to form a layer of film and solidifying it in high temperature.
Type B Inner silicone rubber outside fiber glass braided—tightly and regularly braiding the inner silicone rubber tubing with fiber glass sleeves.
Type A The high Pressure coating process ensures a smooth, even surface, without the wall thickness variation and the pimples and protrusions of broken fibers which are typical of sleevings produced by some alternative coating systems. This product is also characterized by its flexibility and smooth, firm inner wall, allowing easy cable insertion. This product contains additional flame retardants and is self-extinguishing when tested according to the UL 1441 VW-1 vertical flammability test. This type is widely used to insulate and protect the wire harness of H & H automobiles, shipbuilding, dynamos, household appliances, electric heating equipment, special lighting, television and electronic instruments.
Type B is typically used for conveying high temperature and pressure liquids or used on instruments or equipment where flexibility, abrasion resistance, mechanical protection and insulation are important and is often used to convey high temperature and high pressure liquids.
