Description

 

Heat shrink EPDM tubing, also known as Heat shrink EPDM Rubber Tubing, is made of specially formulated EPDM rubber and special resin as a newly developed heat shrinkable product, the inner diameter of which shrinks quickly up to half of that before the shrinking process to seal the inside electronic components from outside environment by wrapping around them. Compared to those normal EPDM tubings, this product, with ionizing radiation and cross-linking process, carries more excellent physical and mechanical performance, abrasion resistance and withstands higher voltages etc. It finds wide applications in electrical Insulation, rust and corrosion resistance for welding points, farm oriented and household protection, decorations, decorative lighting, automotive and consumer goods etc.

.Performing stably and reliably in temperature as high as 150°C and performing reliably in temperature as high as 180-200°C for a short time

.Rubber state, flexible, excellently elastic,good hand feeling during installation

.Shrink ratio:>/=50%

.Min. full recovery temperature: 120°C

.Good weather resistance, ultra-violet proof, acid and alkali resistance and other chemical solvents
